Apex Locator Q3: Why is the locating value inaccurate?

A3： There are three reasons for this situation： ●Excessive flushing fluid, including EDTA and NaClO, is present in the root canal. ●The root canal contains an excessive amount of tooth fragments. ●Residual dental pulp remains in the root canal, leading to hemorrhage at the root apex. The corresponding solutions are: ●Clean out the flushing fluid. ●Clean out the tooth fragment ●Clean out the residual dental pulp and take hemostasis.

Apex Locator Q2: The locating value is unstable and fluctuates continuously.

A2： There are two reasons for this situation: ●The root canal is too dry for the locator. ●The locating file is too small, and it is not matched with the size of the root canal after preparation. The corresponding solutions are: ●Use moderate amounts of normal saline to moisten the root canal. ●Try to use the matched locating file.

Apex Locator Q1：Apex Locator not working?

A1: The Apex Locator line is not properly connected.There are the following two solutions: 1.Ensure the Apex locator line is securely connected. 2.Replace a new Apex locator line.

A9: There are two reasons for this situation: ●Battery aging damaged because of long term usage. ●Device drove into STARVING damaged status because of at least one year no battery charging. The corresponding solutions are: ●Replace the battery. ●Use the 3V Direct Current to active the battery, later on take the charging action.

A8: The battery is out of power and battery charging will resolve this issue.

Endo Motor Q7: Interface goes into blank screen status and no showing?

A7: There are two reasons for this situation: ●Display screen damaged probably. ●Main board damaged probably. The corresponding solutions is replace the main borad (with display screen).

Endo Motor Q6: Why interface the enters torque function display after pressing main button, but motor not rotating？

A6: There are two reasons for this situation: ●Motor power line open circuit probably. ●Main Board damaged probably. The corresponding solutions are: ●Reweld the motor power line. ●Replace the Main Board.

A5：The button(s) damaged because of long term usage,replace the button(s) will resolve this issue.

A4: The pressing cover damaged because of long term usage and replace the pressing Cover will resolve this issue.

A3: Which is the primary reason for the contra-angle handpiece's inability to securely clamp the root canal file and the resulting slippage during rotary operation. Replacing the damaged main bearing will resolve this issue."
