Retreat, do it better and be successful! It should be the daily moth for the endodontist who wants to preserve at maximum level the tooth in place. Unfortunately a retreatment can be compromised by obstacles inside canal like metal posts, broken files or ledges that can reprent an impediment for patency and secondary shaping, cleaning and filling. After or in the middle of these obstacles we have inside canals guttapercha in different consistencies and volume. Guttapercha removal should be performed in a safe and predictable way without solvents especially at coronal level, the reason why the Endo Specialist or GP needs a repeatable sequence of rotary files for making Guttapercha removal faster and predictable. This sequence is the Retreaty kit, five files, 3 heat treatments, one cross section.

Retreatment of a fractured 4.6. Tooth was symptomatic only during masticatory load. Treatment plan was based primary on metal post removal and secondary to Guttapercha removal for reaching potency. Ultrasounds for metal post removal and after Bully for coronal material removal. Its alloy combined with cross section and tip design made this instrument ideal for starting in an efficient way the disobturation of the canals. The second file used was Skinny, silver alloy, 4% taper just for mid canal penetration inside canal. After that patency has been obtained with a k file, Shapy 1,2 and 3 made the final result with a 5% taper and 0.30 as apical diameter. BC sealer and single cone as 3D filling

Conclusions
Retreaty kit elevates my daily practice, the reason why I feel really enthusiastic also in educating delegates in using it for their clinical experience. A real intuitive sequence, safe to use and respectful of the original anatomy.
